It is my firm belief with evidence beside me that staying active during pregnancy can prepare your body for childbirth and enhance your sleep overall making you feel better.
Only 23-29% of pregnant women in America stay active during pregnancy, with this being a relatively low number I am aiming to bring the awareness & benefits that fitness and health add to pregnancy & postpartum. With my personalized approach, I will walk alongside you towards strength, stabilization, and confidence throughout this season.
